Can I enquire before I have drawings?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and share your location and any dimensions or photos you have. We’ll discuss what is needed to define the works.

Do you take on individual jobs?

Yes. You can enquire about one service—such as a shopfront, catering equipment, air conditioning or lighting—as well as a complete fit out.

Can I send plans for a quotation?

Yes. Attach PDF drawings and plans to the project enquiry form. We’ll review them alongside your brief. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope and site requirements.

How will I follow my project?

Your assigned client account brings together progress photos, job updates, invoices, quotations, payments, extra work approvals and private messages.

Where are you based?

Starling Shop Fit Out LTD is based in Wembley, London. Tell us your project location so we can discuss coverage and site arrangements.

Privacy information

Your client account stores project updates, photos, documents, payment records and payment requests so you and Starling can follow the work. Account files and project records are available only to Starling and the customer assigned to that project. Sign-in is handled through ChatGPT. Contact Starling about the information in your account.

When you submit the project enquiry form, we store your name, contact details, project information and any uploaded PDF drawings so Starling can review and respond to your enquiry. Enquiries and drawings are available only to Starling administrators. Submission uses the website’s current sign-in. No automatic email is sent. If you choose WhatsApp instead, the website prepares a draft for you to review and send there; PDFs are not included in that draft.

If you send a message or call Starling Shop Fit Out LTD, we use the information you provide to discuss and respond to your project enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy terms.
